By using the services provided by ZoombaCars, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:
Rental Eligibility: You must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and possess a valid driver's license to rent a vehicle through our platform. Additional eligibility criteria may apply depending on the type of vehicle and rental duration.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ZoombaCars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the specified times agreed upon during booking. Any extension of the rental period must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.
Vehicle Usage: The rental vehicle must be used in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations. Any misuse, reckless driving, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Insurance Coverage: Our rental vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options may be available for purchase to provide enhanced protection against damages, accidents, and theft.
Payment & Charges: Rental fees, security deposits, and other charges must be paid in full before taking possession of the vehicle. Any additional charges incurred during the rental period will be settled upon return.
Liability: ZoombaCars and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to accidents, mechanical failures, or third-party incidents.
Modification & Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel our services or bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected customers.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Policy Updates: We may revise our Terms & Conditions as necessary to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Users will be notified of any updates, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Damage & Repair's Policy
● If any Damage accrued at Customer side and the repair cost strictly will be collected as per OEM-Original Equipment Manufacturer (E.g) if vehicle is Toyota brand Vehicle means Toyota Authorized Estimation will be considered as OEM Estimation.● Minor - OEM Estimation Not more than Rs.10,000● Major - OEM Estimation more than Rs.10,000● Severe – OEM Estimation more than Rs.20,000 or the repair working days more than 10 days● If the damage is estimated as Minor, The total estimation will be debited from Customer security deposit. If the estimation is more than security deposit the remaining amount will be collected from the Customer.● If the damage is estimated as Major, if that is eligible for insurance claim, Minimum of Rs.10000 and the unclaimed amount will be collected from the Customer. After all the payment collected from Customer, the contract will end, up to that the Customer’s properties will not handover to the Customer.● If the damage is estimated as Severe, If it is eligible for insurance claim, The total unclaimed amount and daily lease cost (Not less than Rs.1000 per day max Rs.2500 per day) will be collected from the Customer. After all the payment collected from Customer, contract will ends, up to that the Customer’s properties will not handover to the Customer● The Customer shall carry out any repairs arising during the period of the lease at different city, the repair has to be done on his own cost (Only at OEM-Original Equipment Manufacturer) with the knowledge of Lessor and as recommended by the Lessor or else the same amount will be deducted from the deposit. If the repair charges exceed the deposit amount, the excess amount should be paid by the Customer.

Return & Refund Policy:

At ZoombaCars, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your rental experience, please review our Return & Refund Policy below:
Cancellations:    
● Cancellations before 24 hours of Booking Time, will be charged ₹500/- Or 25% of the Total rent whichever is maximum.● Cancellations within 24 hours of Booking Time, will be charged ₹full-day1000/- Or one full day rent whichever is maximum.● Cancellations within 2 hours of Booking Time, will be charged one full day rent.● In case a booking is cancelled due to in ability to produce valid proofs during car pickup, will be charged ₹1000/- Or 100% of full day rent whichever is maximum.● The refund will be credited to the user's account wallet within 48 working hours. 
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued based on the cancellation policy and the duration of your rental. Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible period will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Damage or Malfunction: In the event of a vehicle malfunction or damage, please contact our customer support immediately. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement vehicle or refund, depending on the circumstances.
No-Show: Failure to pick up the rental vehicle at the scheduled time without prior notification may result in forfeiture of the rental fee.
Refund Disputes: If you believe you are entitled to a refund that has not been processed, please contact us with relevant details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

As a self-drive car rental platform, ZoombaCars does not involve traditional shipping and delivery processes. Instead, customers are required to pick up and drop off the rental vehicles at designated locations.
Pick-Up: Upon booking confirmation, you will receive detailed instructions on where to pick up the rental vehicle. Please ensure that you arrive at the specified location at the scheduled time with the necessary documentation and identification.
Drop-Off: At the end of your rental period, you must return the vehicle to the designated drop-off location in the same condition as received, with a full tank of fuel if applicable.
Late Returns: Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional charges as per the terms of your rental agreement.
Vehicle Inspection: Before taking possession of the rental vehicle, we recommend conducting a thorough inspection for any pre-existing damages and notifying our staff of any discrepancies.
